3...2...1...Blog!

Hey there, welcome.

After some starts and stops over the years I’m trying to finally get this website up and running as a professional but creative space where I can put all my work that I’d like to share, whatever it may be.

This will be my blog / creative writing area. I’ve decided to split things into four categories for now:

Blog - This are just my every day thoughts and goings-on. Maybe they’ll take on different forms, but generally it’ll be what’s on my mind. 

Reviews - These will mostly be (but not limited to) movie reviews.They'll likely be short as well. I like keeping things to a few sentences, and a thumbs up or down. Expect a lot of raised thumbs though, I'm a sucker.

Fiction - I’m also going to start dropping in some creative writing. Stories, maybe in chapters, poetry if I’m happy with it, scripts. You name it - if I’m making it up it’ll have this label. 

Memories - I’ve had an itch in my brain to start writing random memories down. Sometimes these will be thought-out and relate to to goings on of the day, but sometimes they’ll be random non-sequitor memories that might only mean anything to myself. But it feels important to me right now to start writing down memories, whenever they occur to me. These will also, of course, always be written to the best of my recollection.

They’ll all be tagged and easy to access separately here, and they'll have nice little banners up top telling you what's what (as seen above). And comments are open, I'd love it if anyone was compelled to interact with me here. But please be nice! :')

That’s all I’ve got for now. I’m feeling more motivated and creative than I have in a long time, so watch this space.
